Before I arrive On-Site

REQUIREMENTS & TIPS in PREPARATION FOR ON-SITE WORK…

My usual starting time on your Lincoln is 10 am. All repair parts/tools are on board my Service Truck (Suburban).

Approximately eight to ten hours later, I have completely gone through the convertible top and power window systems; including the ‘auto-retract’ window function. (of course, highly weathered and/or molested cars may take significantly longer)

Owners are REQUIRED to help / watch & learn the complexity of your Lincoln. It’s ‘school’ for Lincoln owners. When all these systems work properly, the value of your car increasing by approximately $ 7, 000.00 ! The magic of a Lincoln Convertible is the top & windows in perfect working condition!

My RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

$ 400.00 Service Call Fee

$ 250.00 Per Hour

NO Checks NO Credit Cards NO PayPal !

A typical Invoice can be 60% Parts & 40% Labor… plan accordingly, so you have plenty of cash…

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS:

I must park my service truck (Suburban) within 15′ of subject car, the closer the better. It is the ‘rolling parts dept’ and I go in and out of it 50 times in the course of an average job: distance = time wasted.

Shelter required for BOTH vehicles if rainy or over 85* (no shelter on rainy day? we reschedule)…Owner MUST be present: watching, learning & helping…

Restroom, Vacuum & Trash Recepticle both close by..

Prior to my arrival; both sections of Rear Seat should be removed to access Relays, etc…

Plan ahead and have CASH ready for full payment upon completion of job (end of day)

NOTE: I Reserve the Right to Refuse Any Job for Any Reason (Basket Case or Structurally Unsound Cars, Vermin Infested (rats/mice), Problematic Customers and/or Stressful Job Sites)
